How to prepare "chicken yassa"
chicken yassa
1 whole chicken, quartered
marinade
lemon juice
salt
black pepper
1 chicken bouillon cube
dash of cayenne
1/4 cup vinegar
2 large onions, sliced
garlic
mix marinade ingredients. marinate chicken in the refrigerator overnight.
grill or broil chicken until done.
steam or fry onions until done (to serve with chicken).
